Drusilla says, 'OK.. the klein bonus.. everyone knows that strength fighters whine a lot about their skills sucking and such.. and basically I wanna adress a way to combat it without changing much'

Drusilla says, 'what IS the klein bonus, does it exist, cos it sure as hell doesnt seem too and would you be open to changing it?'

Lorenzo flexes his Kleinicheness, bonus bulging mightily.

Drusilla says, 'what we propose.. we being the fighter guild types.. is this.. people from klein can either learn a skill higher than expert, OR get a natural damage enhancement on our weapons based on their weight'

Drusilla says, 'is it? cos i fail as many bashes as my other chars with bash with the same stats, my kicks arent any harder, my headbutts suck.. etc etc etc'

General Suggestions/Questions

o Is there a way to get preserve without going to a player create mage?

Not currently in the game. You will have to find another player for this service.

o Why is a lump of pig iron being sold by the smith in Boston cost 10k? I mean, how is anyone suppose to make a profit off that? What is the point of having it then?

It appears to be a bug at the moment. The pig iron sold there should be the same as pig iron sold elsewhere in the world.

o A gm transfer command

To change the GM of a clan, it was decided that it shouldn't be the choice of a single member, but a collective decision by all members of the clan. To change the GM of a clan, one member needs to get the largest number of members to pledge their loyalty and the change is then automatic. There are also contingencies in the case of ties, the member who joined first will become GM.

o The intricately designed carpet has no material to mend it, and it doesn't give enough info in the look command

The first thing to check is what ITEM type something is. The item must be considered by the game as ARMOR of type CLOTH, LEATHER or FUR in order to have the MEND skill used on it. This is similar to the repair skill where the item must be ARMOR of type METAL or PRECIOUS_METAL, or that item is a WEAPON.

In an upcoming code update, the item type and material type if it is ARMOR will show with the PREVIEW command and the APPRAISE skill.

o Rose Thicket in Malta doesnt spawn roses anymore?

With the ability to reset items seasonally, they may only spawn during a normal growing season. Check TIME when you're looking for things that may be associated with a particular time of year.

o "A couple clouds drift along lazily, pushed softly by a slightly cooling breeze." - I believe should read "A couple of clouds..." =)

Cheyla has gotten this report a number of times, so she went researching and found a number of resources that indicate this is normal, allowable American English, similar to colour/color.
