LadyAce says, 'so, who has a question tonight?'

Masha nods solemnly.

Masha says, 'Is it possible for an imm to harrass a player?'

LadyAce says, 'sure, it's possible'

Masha says to LadyAce, 'so what gets done about it when it's reported?'

LadyAce says, 'complaints of that nature should go to Kaige, Zandy, or the imm's department head'

LadyAce says, 'it's investigated, generally, and some sort of solution put into place which prevents the problem from recurring'

Masha says to LadyAce, 'Just wondering. My complaint was ignored.'

Lachesis smiles happily.

Masha shrugs helplessly.

Masha says, 'later, that was my only question.'

LadyAce says, 'well, the right thing to do is follow up with the complaint'

LadyAce says, 'in writing is the best way to file'

LadyAce says, 'that way it's easy to refer to'

Haley nods her agreement with LadyAce.

Masha says to LadyAce, 'been there, done it. Nothing was taken care of.'

Lachesis pushes Tobias over so she has some room.

Ea! says to Masha, 'Did the harassment continue?'

Masha says to LadyAce, 'It's not important anyways. I would just be discredited anyways.'

Ea! says to Masha, 'You should include that in any follow ups you have with Kaige and/or Zandy.'

Haley says to Masha, 'and it was reported to a head, Zandy or Kaige?'

LadyAce says, 'Kaige is in charge, if you're not getting satisfaction then she's your best asset.'

LadyAce says, 'if you think it's been lost, the right thing to do is ask.'

LadyAce says to Masha, 'does that cover it? I don't have much else to offer as an answer other than to describe our procedure'

Kaine says, 'I was wondering if there were any additions planned for redeem?'

Ea! says, 'Other than the ones posted on the welcome board, none currently in the works.'

LadyAce says, 'I think we're open to your suggestions, if you have ideas beyond what we've done'

Kaine says, 'In the pipeline, or initial ideasss even?'

Ea! nods his agreement with LadyAce.

LadyAce says, 'but we're not going to do things like add stats, pracs, etc. into the system'

Tobias says, 'I think tokens would be a really good motivator. I know they'd make me do stuff.'

Lachesis nods her agreement with Tobias.

Tobias says, 'They're a bit more fun than the others.'

LadyAce says, 'it explains it in help redeems (about the ideas)'

LadyAce says, 'if they're so fun, how come you don't send in more ideas about what to put in the machine? :)'

Taffy says, 'tokens aren't good enough for redeems, but I'd like to see tokens on younger levels as a motivator'

LadyAce says, 'there's an awful lot of motivation to level up when you're 20, for example'

Lilac says, 'we should be able to turn in these TONS of easter eggs we have for some tokens :P'

Kaige says, 'I would have handed out about 99 of them Sunday, but people decided that walking wasn't worth it.'

Ea! says to Lachesis, 'Sometimes it takes us a year or two to implement ideas.'

Adamar says, 'i would collect more but unless you win, eggs become a hassle and burden'

Lilac says to Kaige, 'We walked the entire mud.. found almost 50 eggs.. we never bought a one :('

Adamar says, 'a couple nights ago, i split 45000 in a group of 3, my groupmates got 15k each but i didn't get any'

Ea! says, 'I thought we had fixed all of the bugs with split, but it is quite possible another one slipped past us.'

Adamar says, 'i bugged it, and forgot the exact time, i figure the bug report should time stamp'
