How often are imm apps taken?

Heineken says, 'I'm interested in applying, but I'll be too busy for a few months to imm. Do I have to wait another year to apply if I want to apply?'

LadyAce says, 'we take apps every 6 months'

Chaykin says, 'I would like to respectfully ask that you consider toning down the incredibly strict rules on house strings. The rules currently in place put kind of a damper on the RP aspect of owning a house'
