Ea! says, 'The in-game idea behind illusions on the mud is that they're created by bending and playing tricks with the light. Dispeling is done by undoing it, but it's a area-affect thing.'

Ea! says, 'The balance reason is that it means that you can't dispel only your enemies illusions, you have to make the decision to do all of them.'
