Rush says, 'i was thinking about what we talked about last week, about how the legendmud lunchbox didn't get saved in DTs'

Rush says, 'and I bet there are other items like that'

LadyAce nods solemnly.

Sandra says, 'some do, some don't. There are 2 types of those lunchboxes'

Kaige says, 'yup, thousands of them'

Rush says, 'because i thought the idea of saving strings is that they are not really in game items'

LadyAce says, 'for runs, it really makes sense to match up your accept lists. That way if anybody gets jumped, you all can work together to play it out'

Rush says, 'i'd be totally willing to go into pke but I'm wary after being aa and getting wolfpacked by people who dun accept my friends'

LadyAce says, 'if they're accepting 50 people, it might make sense to just go aa and save yourself some typing'

Kaige says, 'or 32, since that's the current max'

LadyAce says, 'but if they're accepting 3 clans and 3 guys, that's less typing than we've done so far on the subject :)'

Kaige says, 'even when you're "aa" you can reject individuals. If the pk community would tell each other who the people who act like jerks are, less people would unknowingly accept them.'

Kaige says, 'there is no mechanism for mobs to reject anyone or even tell two chars from the same player apart. We think you all are a bit smarter than the mobs.'

General Questions

o How do you know if a room is a safe room without having to kill name?

The areasight spell (or scroll) can be used to determine this. Otherwise, kill name is probably the easiest and cheapest method.

o How does a bow get jammed?

Damaged or improperly fashioned arrows can have the shaft break on release and cause injury. We are careful to make sure that bows don't explode like guns do.
