Commonly Reported as Bugs but Aren't

o Whapping Huginn's raven I found that I had 0 hps and I was still alive......

It's Croaker's not Huginn's raven. Huginn just has ravens in his poof messages.

And no, you don't die until you hit NEGATIVE hit points. Zero hp means you're stunned, not dead.

o You can't read the many social help files because of a skill with the same or another related keyword.

HELP social_name and HELP mood_name are just short cuts for the VIEW command. You can see ALL the messages for all the socials/moods by using VIEW SOCIAL social_name and VIEW MOOD mood_name.

Commonly Reported as Typos but Aren't

o In Agrabah, 'a eunuch' should be 'an eunuch'.

Even after several searches on the web (and there's some mighty strange sites you find searching for eunuch) and visits to the dictionary sites, it was always used as 'a eunich'. Perhaps it's because of the pronunciation --'you', not 'ee', as in 'a youthful lad' -- that using 'a' instead of 'an' is appropriate. Sort of like how 'an herb' is an exception in the opposite direction.

o Horehound's long description- wooly --> woolly

Both are correct. =)

o 'Somebody looking dour flips a pair of AA Energizer batteries.' Dour? Are dictionaries required to play?

Dour's not that unusual a word. And it's useful too! And what's wrong with learning something new?

Suggestions/Questions

o Make it so ya can read news articles while sleeping?

Your best source of news while you're sleeping is the web archives of the Legendary Times newsletters and the Q&A sessions.

o Using MudMaster, note-editing has a flaw: typing "@" to end a note does nothing. I found a workaround: drop link and reconnect.

All you need to do is use a / in front of the @ and all versions of mudmaster will handle it properly.

o You've rejected it before, but I would still love to see the ability to exchange skills for redeems. Even if its only 5 skills for 3 redeems. If your worried about skills used for quests, don't allow those or think of it this way. If people are willing to spend 75 million xp worth of time to get a whois...they are obviously stupid! I would hate to delete a character simply to fix errors I made on him during my earlier, ignorant years. If nothing else at least let us change in fight skills, such as profiencies and specials like kick or headbutt. Then those of us from a different time could possibly be useful again.

The problem with this, is even at that cost, sooner or later no one has any consequences for their choices and only people who have the most time to put in will be competitive against each other.

o Instead of always having corpses, why not also have unconscious people?

As mentioned above, because if you drop to 0 hp you are unconscious, not dead yet.
