Chaykin says, 'throw seems to be a really underutilized skill, because without high perc it's SO hard to hit. It's especially annoying for creates, since they have so many spells to create vials, but it's really hard for a good create mage to have high perc'

Chaykin says, 'last idea: there is a protection from fire spell to work against immolate and whatnot. How feasible would it be to make sustained breath give some protection against water damage spells?'
