could we have a room in ooc, that was silenced, where you could recieve
no tells except from gods, no room messages like emotes, only says
and group tells, and channels toggleable

i know this might be unpopular, but it'll make sense to not hear any
tells, chats, etc when you use the skill meditate. :P
