Could we have details on how this skill's meant to work? tis obvious the
help file is wrong as i've heard you don't need to initiate with a shot for
an attempt to snipe plus i've also sniped a mob on my 2nd shot?
another thing is my previous clanned was sniped 5/8 attempts yet i only seem
to snipe like 1/20 mobs or so at 100 perc?

I think snipe is also based on your perc versus theirs. Most level 50
mobs, if not all have 100 perc.
