Nestled deep within the Black Forest. Kleinstadt, Germany is home to many craftsmen and to the fabled Ritters. The Ritters were gallant Knights who upheld five sacred truths: love, loyalty, faith, courage and honor. Medieval Germany was known for its excellent metalworking and glassblowing techniques. A bit eccentric, these folk have been known to dabble in the magical arts as well. A scholar resides in the town, translating Germanic phrases for visitors. The romantic medieval setting provides a backdrop to a host of chivalric adventures.
This is the practical information about choosing Medieval Germany as a
hometown, and is available in the character generation menus:
Medieval Klein is a busy hamlet and a mecca for those of knightly character.
While not as expert as those from Arabia, mages from here are capable of
learning a great deal of the black art. Mages may want to consider making
their stay short and explore the world to better further their studies. Poets
and composers have begun here, but are by no means considered experts in their
skills. Herbals skills are virtually unknown in this busy town, as is advanced
technology, but craftsmen will find a thriving artisan community in which to
work. Beginners will find that moving about is the best way for a medieval
adventurer to advance their career. The shops of Klein are mostly too
expensive for the novice's purse, and while you can learn some skills, more
are to be found in other parts of Europe. Between the local domestic animals
and the denizens of St.Denis, Spain, and Sherwood, there is plenty to test your
blade against.
