New areas I would like to see

Not being an immortal, and being well away from getting anywhere near to lvl 50, I can't do anything about it myself, but I was thinking what new areas I would like to see.

Wouldn't it be nice to see an area in China for example - say, based around the Silk Route. Loads of bandits along the way, and some very interesting cities to get to. (The Chinese city at the end of the silk route was the largest in the world at one point)

Perhaps some inspiration for an area could also come from, say, Heart of Darkness for another area?

How about the Barbarian invasion that brought down the Roman Empire? Anyone fancy going man-on-man (or woman-on-man of course) against Atilla the Hun?

Or maybe, for a tough explorer, the third installment of the gold rush series (after San Francisco and Melbourne), with the struggle to get to the Yukon.

And one more - 1930's exploration of the Amazon?

Anyone inspired? Feel free to rip off the ideas massively.
