abusing the OOC

I don't see how it's fair that a non-enabled person can flee from a mob and go ooc, that is in fact, using the ooc as an extension of the ic, and per the helpfile, that is illegal.

it's my opinion that every mort should have to go to an innkeeper in order to go ooc. that would easily solve this problem.

I'm not trying to whine or complain, and I DON'T want pk'ers to be able to goo ooc anywhere except innkeepers, but it seems non pke are abusing the privlege the same way pk'ers did in the past.
