I think the idea of PkOk is alright, but there should be a cost to it
What about if you charge rent for each person you have on your pkok list
like housing, so you can't have a huge long list, but you can use it
to stop one person from multing you or at least have to be selective
about who you have on your list. It'll reinforce the choice of going pk
in the first place - that it is a CHOICE, not something you should just
do and then decide you don't like anymore after you piss a bunch of
people off.
