Pkok can be duneok as long as it allows for some of the thrill to remain. I have some ideas on how this could happen, and make EVERYONE happy, hopefully.. not just me. There should be 3 options for pk... pkOFF, pkokSOME, and pkokALL There should be some cost to being selectivly pk (pkokSOME).. that is, pkok to some, but not all. This cost is avoidable if the player choose pkOFF... or pkallON. The transition from one option to another should be costly, costing maybe a quarter the the xp the player ever got up to a max of 3 million. All players start with pkOFF. You get one transition to one of the other 2 options.. pkokALL, or pkokSOME for free. If you dont like your choice, you can switch back an xp _cost_. Here is what this accomplishes: 1. It keeps players from being pkOFF for most the time, and then switching randomly when the mood hits. 2. It would give an "out" for players that choose the pkall option, and hated it. Or an out for players that choose the pkselective option, and dont like its cost. No more people trying to get xp while getting decimated by stalkers. You change to pkOFF, and then you make the xp after.. and not nearly as much. 3. It makes selective pkill an "option" that costs.. its a luxury, the ability to pick and choose who you fight. I really see a danger in letting this option be used freely... As far as the cost of pkokSOME, Im not sure what it could be. Im pretty sure that imms would NOT agree to damage and hitroll disadvantages. Maybe access to certain mobs that tf, praise etc.. or special areas that regen mana faster... or hps. Something to make the danger of a jump, worth it. I would like to get at least some partial support for this idea from the imms before I really start brainstorming on this "cost" factor. I hope you like this idea as much as I do! I understand that something must be done to make happy the majority of players that dislike being "stuck" in pkill, and the players that want to pkill occasionally through RP. I really think that this system solves both of these problems, while maintaining the thrill factor for those that dont want to see it die. I expect more pkillers than ever underthis system! People would be willing to try it without signing their lives away for 50 million xp.. etc... People will be able to occasionally pkill at some acceptable cost.. etc... and people would still be able to rp evil characters that jump others. Clans like the Mercenarys will still get to RP hired killers, clans like the Knights could still save people from evil types, and evil clans can still terrorize legend. And everyone has an out that doesnt cost too much if they really hate what option they chose. Just some ideas to keep this game fun for all, not just most. Dune

I agree with Dune on all of his ideas. It allows old pkillers to get out of pkill (at an adequate cost for such a benefit), and in general it makes everyone happy. He makes it so you can change your mind, but it is going to cost you. So we wont have people switching back and forth on a whim. Just wanted to give support Flea
