I have 47 str and i cant wield a weapon and hold 2 other items, but
someone i know has only 40 str, and yet he can wield and hold the same
items. Why is this so?? I'm totally confused

Could be he has older less bulky versions of that eq, orrr he had
more strength at the time he held them, orrr he has more con which
affects what you can hold too.
