I was happy to see a glance command added, I suggested it long
ago as a method to inform one of a potential victims health
before attacking and so as to avoid the whining that comes
with being jumped while low.
But.. it also needs to not inform the target he or she's being
glanced at for anyone to make use of it. I believe that
isn't the case at the moment and hope you'll reconsider.
I was also told it was meant as an RP thing but I think
you could kill 2 birds with one stone if it would only
inform the target if he's not pk enabled and/or if the
one glancing is sneaking or invis.
