there should be a way to look at your quiver and see if it is
currently dipped or not, maybe give it some type of flag
for use with socials, (IE %n pokes a vial dipped with vial_name)
just an idea, I lose track in spam and thinks my quiver is still
effected when it truly isn't quite often.
