Greetings,
When housing goes in there is sure to be a lot of shifting and shuffling
round of large sums of money, so that clan members can pay for their
halls. Needless to say the withdrawal fees are going to be astronomical,
and since the housing costs already seem so high, this money is valuable.
How about a grace period of a few days where everyone will be free of
these withdrawal fees, while they reposition their finances in order to
pay for houses and halls?
