Shouldn't preserve be a cause spell? I mean.. you are causing an item to last longer? Or it could be both i'm sure.. it's just a little bit of a burden to get preserve for chalices or what not and not wanting to come on cause you don't want the item to poof. Just a few thoughts on it DeathSpawn - lowbie for life

Nah, creates gotta have something to offset all the good cause spells. Thats not to say I wouldnt like to see soem EQ thats times become non-timed, and more EQ added that is timed. Examples: the 2 +hp rings -- theres no need for these to be timed the mirror shield -- again no need the chalice is a great 'type' of item to be timed, and it should stay timed New stuffs: I would like to see explosion potions that can be brewd and thrown -- they go off and do damage to all in a room and can be throw from up to 1 room away (timed). I would like to see a chalice 'type' object that you can use to heal (cure light once per tick) on yourself (timed). Or, maybe a wand that casts idiocy (unlimited uses) and is timed (for all those 100mind create mages that cant stun most lev 50 mobs). While I am on the topic, how about changing the blackthorn ring to be timed and do some mifty new stuff -- like maybe during combat it could do the same spell the skyblade does? Anyways -- append any other ideas. Zep

I like the idea's zeppelin. Wand would be great for creates... somewhere around 3000 rent or so maybe. (timed and unlimited charges) Timed items now should not necessarily be just +hp and +mana stuff. - more items that are timed and cast spells randomly in combat, like cure light wounds, a damage spell, dispell magic. - a sugars chalice for hps would be a nice twist for the con fighers out there - why not have some more weapons (q5) with the timed disadvantage I'd have to agree that (in pkill) there are a lot more reason to play a cause mage, then a create (ESPECIALLY true for 2nd circle) Fright
