This stun resurge code is silly. Why artificially set our cast
levels down on just one stun?
WHy not on all -- better yet why not on none?
This was put in to balance stun -- but then stun became tumble-able
and then the mana cost was jacked up.
This old 'failed attempt' to balance should be taken out (or
at least have the lag be nominal ie 1/2 round).
There has been some question about wfw's being over powered. In my
recent pking (dif char) wfw's havent seemed to last as long as
when the changes first went in -- could just be random luck.
Anyways -- I would error on the side of safeguarding against
wfw's being overpowered since a 5 rounder can totally mess up
pk -- instead of this 'resurge' garbage that I, oddly enough,
seem to get WAY more at high mind. BAH!

One thing I find slightly irritating is that a failed stun
attempt on a mob makes them aggressive, whereas failing most
combat spells does not. I have been meaning to ask if this was
intentional.
