This isn't to request a change, or anything of that nature, I'm just
curious-the other day I was fighting someone and they got a worse
for the wear stun on me. Now, I didn't have a sink up, but my mind
is very close to 100. Just wondering what stun takes into account
when it's cast.

From what i know, chance of worse-for-wear seems to be almost
independent of the mind difference, given that the stun connects.
