| spammy extra descriptions

I can understand the argument here about spamming descriptions
being used to make people go link dead and stuff like that, but
with the current immortal policy to stay out of things as
much as possible, isn't this just a bit of overkill? If people
want to have long extra descriptions and spam the mud with them
then why can't they? Lots of the more spammy ones are usually
ANSI pictures. Are those people going to be made to change their
pictures? People can have tattoos on their body. What about people
who put entire song lyrics in? Doesn't that represent them somehow?
I think this policy, while I understand the desired goal, is an
overstepping of immortal bounds and should be something that's left
to the player's reasoning.

PS- If it crashes the mud, that's a different story.

Nice ansi pictures are okay. No problem with those. However, having
the same line repeated 3124 times is not what I would consider
productive.

What about some people who use color in their desc and lets it bleed?
Is that okay?

Currently, all I'm concerned with are descriptions that cause the mud
to hang or crash.
