could someone please make it so it doesn't matter how much weight you are
carrying affects you while ooc? i hate having to cast strength on myself
just to move around here, especially if i'm not going to be in the game
for long and am just checking boards and mail

no str spells ooc would be cool.
no sinks ooc would be better
