how hard would it be to be able to toggle whois, by having a
disguise skill? If you have disguise you toggle off others' ability
to whois you. Otherwise you can be whois'd????

Why would be be able to tell if it was a disguise or a description IC
by using an OOC command?

just thinking out loud I guess. But I was trying to think of ways
we could get back 'whois' while maintaining it for those who want
some secrecy. I really miss being able to 'whois'. The MUD is a
much lonelier place lately. :(
