how about a spell like: kere kala anna ex or something that
would recharge the spell on a wand (but not to full)...
like if you had a wand that cast str 10 times on a person
when you recharge it, it only casts 8 times..etc until you
need a new wand eventually

from what I have seen all the wands here have devastating effects
I think the no recharge system works quite well...
and the rent on all these wands are set correctly in my opinion as well
if there are any wands that have pretty standard effects that you can thin
think of, id really like to know...
