When new quests are added to areas, it would be helpful if some
small hint was given in the area or where to start looking for it.
A post on a board that some mob is looking for some item or
SOMETHING to start with, b/c if one has already been to the
areas for some time, it is difficult to tell what is new and
what is old.

I agree, give some mention of it if it's not all that obvious, or at least
a hint or two on a discussion board somewhere... but that's probably been
done

you could post as the NPC on a local board..... that makes the most sense
to me
