I been playing around with tainted arrows, and so far, I been very disappointed. I wonder why I still see most people using a bow nowaday. First of, the rent for each tainted arrows is insanely high. 110 each is very unbalance compared to ammos for guns. For example, fastloader, which has has 5 rounds, only cost 15 rent each. Is the spell effect really worth it? To me, 110 rent per arrow, with or without being permanent or not is just plain wrong. Most deadeyes won't mind fleeing when being jumped and waste 2 rounds to dipped their arrows in a vial. Some people told me that you can still use the dip command, even when the helpfile for it was pulled out. I'm guessing that its probably a bug, and that eventually the command will also be removed. So anyway, what is the point of this post? I just hope that dip officially get put back in. I'm not saying take away taint either, I'm just suggesting that we have the two skills available for people to choose. Some might like the permanent effect, some might not. Either way, let us have that choice when preparing our arrows for a fight. |U6
