Forming a PKE clan should not have the default of Accept All.|U6

I notice before, when I tried joining a newly made PKE clan that I was forced to become AA. This default from forming a newly made PKE clan should be remove, and allow the GM of the clan to choose it after the clan is official. Since most people join PKE clan to just be PKE, not allow PKOK character to abuse the loophole in the PK systems. |U6

I'd forgotten about the code that set all newly formed PK clans to AA until the GM changed it that went in back in Aug 2000.
