I remember not being able to go ooc from anywhere but inns while pk
and I remember people who ain't pk being able to go from anywhere
but I don't remember the 10 tick timer before pkok. Maybe I am just addled in the brain
Anyways old or new it's pointless and should be removed. I'm sick of
having to alt to some loser character and lose all my charms just to
read boards.

even news and welcomes too, course you can go to inns for them
