How about instead of a level 35 limit the admin checks when they are
enabling the person, and you can't have A) A redeem point or B) Over say
26 or 30mil xp. If you want to enable.
This would fix the theoretical problem with somebody enabling at 50
then cutting out right away...(Which is what pkok, we are all used to
it by now. and really how many players can do that with thier pkiller?
Meh.)
Anyways, no redeems and low xp, this would solve the problem.

Sorry, one of the conditions for allowing pke back into the game
was returning to the level 35 limit that pke originally had. Don't
look for this to change.

PKE is intended to be a large commitment and the
level 35 requirement is in place to make sure
that the player intends to be available to a range of other
pkillers. THis isn't going to change
as Sandra already pointed out.

Okay fine! Then let's just make a special exception for nelson who
accidently enabled a bad character and then couldn't play at all for like
4 monthes to redeem said character, and because of pkok was too soft to
perma said character!
So i'll go perma her right away and ya'll will hook me up eh?

The original allowed range to enable pk characters was 10 - 35. On the
low end, there is a need to protect new players/characters from enabling
a character that they are a bit too fond of from the harsheness of pk. On
the upper end, it's to protect existing pkers from those who would level a
character to 50 with no risk from pk and start to harass other pkers.
