I imagine I will get tons of people saying "No thats not true" but
I dont think there are to many 100 perc people left out there, at
least not in current use in PK or otherwise. I imagine most people
stop at 80, or somewhere before 100 because its just not as important
to have 100 perc as it used to be. Perhaps a skill that would cost 100
perc, er not cost, but require, and you could detect invis people in the
room with you, not their name or any info, but at least enough to
attack them. Perhaps it could only work if you were in the room when
they entered, "sensing a presence" or maybe seeing a piece of grass
that is crushed without knowing why. little tell tale signs, just
enough to allow you to attack them. A reason to have 100 perc instead
of just 80, plus another nice bonus would be its hard to make a mage
with 100 perc, if you did, he'd probably have to be 2nd circle with very
little mind and two very low fight stats. So hey another hit on
one of the mages advantages.
