I just thought i would write a few comments before they changed this
skill.
Firstly I generally agree with the change, Lima needs some bonuses.
But I also belive that pure healers should be able to use this skill.
But as some say, you dont want mages to get a hold of it because
that just means they kill things. So i suggest remove it from agrabah
(being a 3c mage myself i'll be downgraded), but leave it in tara
but maybe with a higher spi requirement. So that way druids can still
use the skill. As for londoners, well if the purpose is to reduce those
who use it, and in my experience most dex snipers come from london, then
london might not be too good to keep it in

so that unless you are planning on being a pure healer then you dont get it
it regardless of where you come from. if you put say 80 spi, the augmenter
hitters wont think its worth the extra 20 spi thats alot of stat.
And how many surgeons do you know with 80 spi also? So it would make it
more of a pure healer type skill.
Anyway, just a few comments before I have to get my skill reimbursed.

I dont think the purpose is to downgrade the skill, i think the purpose
was to remove it from mages. I think downgrading skills should be a
last resort.
