now if I would have had sex in that title it would have grabbed the
attention of 100% of the people who saw it instead of just 75%.

I dunno how to phrase this or heck who am I kidding, even write coherent
english in. So uh, I was thinking adding a feature to strung items or
maybe creating a new type of coupon to allow a character to bring strings
thru remorts, cause strings are ooc anyways right? I mean you probably woudlnt
wouldnt have seen druids riding in spaceships with boxer shorts and little
dolls of wierd vampire chicks, would you? And im pretty sure one time I was
was getting deleted the imm offered to transfer my personal crap(mail etc)
to another chars...anyways I think it would be neat if you could transfer
your strings to a new char, but maybe limit it some, like you cant transfer
transfer strings from nelson to whateveralt but from nelson1 to nelson2
that way certain people who have like 1000billion xp couldnt just fully
string all thier alts in 15 minutes and be done with it, and with that
concern outta the way I really couldnt imagine another, could you? no!
so vote yes and lets do this thing.
I find it very annoying having to keep a character who rolled the worst
stats in character creation history, just cause he has some cool strings.

I think it's a silly idea - for one, coupons aren't that much of a hassle
to get if you really want them. Second, remakes of a character happens
a limited number of times (unless that's your kind of fun) and should
eventually have decent stats and a decent number of strings. Thirdly,
it would make some people hog even more strings, just to send them to
alts, instead of using them or giving them to others.

Keeping anything between alts is a road we'd rather not go down. We want
people to build and keep characters. Firefly has some good points about
other reasons, too.

Strings are a hassle to get if you want them or not. Ask around sometime.
And yeah, personaly I like to remake a certain alt alot, before this crappy
version i've been stuck with for like 2 years he had permad like 40some
times probably. I think I said somewhere in my original post that you
shouldn't be able to send strings from one alt to another with this, just
remorts which sure I guess are a kind of alt, so it really wouldn't make
people hoarde anymore than they do now. It still doesn't do you a lick of
good if your mage gets a string your fighter needs...but whatever. I only
have one character who even has a theme, so I don't know why I bothered
bringing this up anyways. pft.

Decide:
do you want strings?
or do you want "perfect" stats?
You can't get everything you want.
And besides, if you care so much about having the perfect stats that you
remort so often, what do you want strings for?
Or if you care so much about your strings and other crap, what are you
doing with all this remorting?
