How about a lowish rent billion use or infinate use wand for minor illusion
illusion, yanno for fun and what not. Let us poor londoners goof around
like those snotty mages do. Since it would be almost totally useless cept
for rp and screwin with peoples heads I was hopin low rent and a tooooon of
charges, then you could give it to a mob clone of sandra or something
but I don't think anyone would battle midir for a 4 charged useless wand
so like, yeah. Vote yes on prop 304.

The wand he's proposing wouldn't leave permanent illusions. Emphemera
are only seen when the spell is cast, so no clutter.
