Was playing with these two spells today. I'm VERY disappointed.
Firstly, They're timed? you have to be kidding me. They
cost a ton of mana. even at 95 dex I miss half the vial
I throw. they only work in certain places.
does anyone actually use them? if so, please post. but I doubt
anyone seriously uses them for anything.

Throw has to be broken, I can't hit a mob
with anything I brew up to throw at them
such as sleeping vials, etc. It is REALLY
annoying. I've bugged it several times, but
I guess it is pretty low priority or something.

I certainly don't use them. Since throw requires high perc to land with
any consistency, and since perc is simply not a stat that most mages
have any reason to have high numbers in (except the vial spells, which
aren't worth sacrificing so many stat points for) these spells are pretty
much worthless.

It can't be perception or dexterity because I ahve 90+ dex
and 80 perception and have missed 5-6 times in a row
although lately I seem to be hitting much more so I haven't
complained about it....maybe a fix was put in and I wasn't
informed.
