headbutt staggers and stuff|U6

Ok, Im a sniper and a mage with low con. All my characters are low con and I hate con cause I was con in oldschool dexmud and Ive been brainwashed into thinking dex is the only way to be... But... I noticed something thats kinda wacked and probably not that hard to fix... and -gulp- its against low con in favor of con. Sometimes a 100 con person headbutts me and we BOTH fall to the ground stunned and nothing happens until one of us wakes up. Dont ask me why or how, but for some reason, I, with my low low con seem to wake up first and backstab the headbutter. Thats kinda messed. You would think that the guy with low con (bad health, stamina) would take longer to come out of the "daze", no? The free backstab on stunned hurts (basically a 140 point, special + round freebee) and it has a chance to para. We should definately make waking out of a headbutt stun and headbutt self-stun dependent on CON, not some random number.. which is what it seems to be now. This is one of MANY first steps to "weaking" DEX and strengthening CON. If you ask me, CON fighters in general should wake from any stun more quickly than DEX or STR.. shorter parabackstabs, shorter WFWs... etc. Dune |U6

From: RedGeust Saturday, December 23 2000, 01:59PM Very very true. It should be automatic that the con guy wakes first if he has 20 con or more than his opponent. I'm not sure the wfw's or other stuns should be less for high con though, that seems that it might be a little too powerful. PS - I'm low con. |U6
