it seems to me the users of this blinding weapon do not need a weapon
like this at th is time, it seems to me a heavier weapon that maybe
slashes would be in order... since the current users of this weapon
often times have other means of blinding... think about it :P

well for years this was dex mud, and slowly the system drifted towards
balance - never quite arriving. this is simply a shift back to dex
mud. so, make a new char, DEX DEX DEX! and this time, you don't have
to wear all that crappy +con gear when you level. you can simply
level fast and then wear cheetah leggings, black horseshoes, kraken
belts and such to have lotsa hit points!
