I can't believe this change, I can imagine it'd be for mobs
like Barney but c'mon you can get xp faster the regular way.
I bet you didn't even add the appropriate check so it's
possible to shoot if the target's in the room with you.
!shoot in single person room's been messed up like that
for ages, sucks to be a sniper when all you can do is kick.

It's also not very useful in no flee rooms, ie. where
that flag is most likely to be used.

Would be much better just to have the mobs draw you in instead
of having them !shoot. Quite silly to have your repertoire
limited to one or two skills, kick and choke.
