What the hell do these things do?
I mean Ive tried most or these things and they seem to
do nothing at all. If they are supposed to make your
exisiting skill better when useing a tool why is
it that when I use the hunt tool I get a farther trail?
If its helping the skill its in such a small
ammount that its useless to use.

Tools, instruments, wands, 70% of all spells are useless,
who knows why imms waste their time implementing such things.

the pick locks i've spent hours on allowed me to disarm a
trap... tho i discarded it since its 600 rent was better
used renting a milky.
