Heavy weapon with 5 net stats, a special thats effectivly
a damage special (sometimes like 20-25 hps of damage!)
, and one hp per move on top of that? Give it to a sniper
that dispels so that that special can get through sink, and
acks...
Are you guys kidding? Who made that weapon!
Even for a cause mage like me, that cant take advantage of the
fact that its a GREAT backstabbing weapon will use it.
My sniper has one, and I feel like Im cheating when I could
have a weapon that backstabs so well, and compliments my
dispeling ability sooo well, and has huge damage specials, and throw
in the one point per move as the special sauce.
If you make it 5kg, you will still see every sniper with one.
Yeah, its that good... At least, methinks:)
I think you should blow it up and change playerfiles too.

btw the initial spell no longer does any damage :P but it goes straight
thru sink now! :P hehe
