I think the healing for create mages is fine. If you lower fill
value, or increase the length they last, you are in danger
of creating super characters that can either heal ridicules
amounts, or heal a certain amount (350hp or more) in one round.

make the roots fill less, at 3rd cirlce, or give more hps
at 3rd circle for more mana if needed, and if you are
so worriied that you can make a whole crap load of them
just make them last only 2 or 3 ticks like augments.

The problem is not roots, the problem is not having other
viable options such as immolate or watery death.
Can't just upgrade etheric void cuz then it'll make create
look like cause, so why don't we just upgrade charmies so
that certain ones gain hps from certain attacks, have some
skills, have more skills the caster can order around, etc.

Have to agree with Dune, as I can see roots dont need
a boost. Attempts to say cure crit as being some what
better...well I dont know to many cause mages that can
cure crit 350 hp in one pulse, as which is possible
for any 2nd circle create mage with proper preperation.
If charmies got a boost, yeah that would be great. Some
how though I doubt if a simple spell like doppelganger
would be part of the change. What would be nice is if
some work could be done on the key word on the doppel.
As it is now, an attacker can easily pickout the real
player from the doppel by simply not typing out the
entire name of the player. If the doppel could have
the same being-jumped abilites as the player, that would
be a big improvment in it self.
Honestly though, sure it would be nice if Create mages
would be given a boost, but the player killing field
is so littered with us half-mages or full mages its just
becoming monotonous. Give Fighters a change. This
post is pretty far up in the board message so I think
ill continue with my thoughts on a new board post.
