I have mixed feelings about pkok, I sure it shows in all
of my posts.
no, there isn't anyone to fight it seems.
yes, there are aspects of it I like more than old pk.
but here's the bottom line.
all of you people posting, whining, saying change this,
do that, it should be this way, it should be that way.. code
this, make it to where we can do that.. while you are
great pkillers (Dune, Manticore) you aren't even a part
of this mud community anymore, you are giving nothing to
the mud right now, not even your presence.
Imms aren't going to code things to please you, the mud
will survive without you. You gave pkok about a weeks worth
of effort, then you left, refusing to come back until
something gets done.
guess what, nothing got done, the mud is still here, the mud
still averages close to the same amount of people, and the people,
for the most part, are happy with the mud.
I guess what I'm saying is this, if your unhappy, maybe
it's time to move on.
90% of the ideas on this board go against everything
pkok was installed for. While I don't paticularly like
some things about pkok, I live with it, I log in just as
much as I did in the old system, and I still love this
mud, and I still suck at pkill.

ya know jesus....that was about the most rude post I could
have possibly ever thought anyone could ever write. The
whole idea of this board is that you can post your opinions
or ideas on any subject. It shouldn't be called whining and
it should be treated with the same thought process if its from
a 10 hour a day player or a 10 hour a month player. Who the
hell are you to judge? Personally I think people don't grasp
that old pk _WILL NOT_ come back, but maybe after a few years
it'll dawn on them. Myself, I've been here quite a bit since
it went in. I like pkok, I just think it still needs a few
tweaks. Does that make me a whiner? Does that make me a bad
person because I don't necessarily agree with the decisions of
those above me? Are you a whiner and a bad person because of
your hate for clinton and his doings? I don't think so. You
are allowed to express yourself on this board and I think
noone should critisize that, you most of all. You've had some
of the stupidest ideas up on this board, and you've posted almost
as much as dune nad manticore. So before you go and blow their
last ditch efforts to save legend from what they think is an
irreversible doom, stop and think a second. I like you Jesus, but
sometimes your just a little out there.

As to Jesus's comment about how us old pkillers aren't a part of
the mud any more, here's something you might want to consider:
Some players, like myself, have PKill characters and non-pkill
characters. Tira's not around much any more because there's no
one to fight. That doesn't mean that I don't have other characters
that aren't on every day. It's useful to use Tira to post comments
about PKOK because otherwise my posts wouldn't show continuity.
