firstly, I agree with dune, there needs to be a way to
force people to pkok all.
but I disagree in his solution.. pkill clans will
vanish if that happens, because being in one would
be a pain in the ass with other options. I think
we'd see a ton of rogues.
I don't know the answer on how to make it better,
just making a point. Maybe I'll think of something
later if I bother to think about it.
